Brilliant new weight loss idea

I posted the following idea to the Halfbakery:

Breast feeding helps new mothers lose weight they gained during pregnancy, but other women could also benefit from this effect. There could be special farms where women receive drugs to induce lactation, and they could be milked, removing unwanted fat from their bodies.

Because toxins are stored in fat, this would also have the benefit of removing toxins from the woman's body. If the milk does not have many toxins, it can be consumed by babies or fetishists. It could be sold in stores as "lady milk" or made into cheese, chocolate, or other fine foodstuffs. This could cover the expense of running the farm and even help the women earn money while they lose weight.

Intellectual activity is also known to burn calories, so women eager to lose the maximum amount of weight, could watch videotaped (or live) physics lectures while being milked.

Anyone know if men could also benefit from this technique? Despite my great idea, I am actually not an expert in human physiology.

I know some that lost all the

I know some that lost all the weight during or after breast feeding & some that didn't. I lost all my baby weight - and then some - while breastfeeding. In fact, after I weaned my 2nd child, I ended up weighing less than I did in college, a decade earlier. For me, breastfeeding was the greatest weight loss plan! I did not "diet" per se - no calorie cutting. But I did eat a very clean diet, at the time I was vegetarian, and I exercised a lot after giving birth.

HAHAHA

I completely agree with Ada because I don’t see any relations between these too! I think it’s more like a sarcastic joke. And who knows? You might wanna search more – maybe you find the way to be able to breast feed as a man. LOL!

NOT for me! ^.^

To be honest, I don’t see the relation between breast feeding and loosing weight! For me didn’t worked even if I had twins and I was breast feeding all day long! Was a nightmare! I don’t think it’s actually the breast feeding, but it’s the unsleeping nights and all the stress that makes you loose weight after your pregnancy! :P

This is a bit off

Come on, am I the only one that finds this disgusting? I mean, fine chocolate made with some strange woman's milk? Yuck!

milked?

Have I read correctly? Women can be milked?
Oh my, I never thought I'd hear this expression. This might be a way for women with problems to lose weight but they can
also follow an eating disorder treatment and
avoid being milked. It sounds horrid.

common! women being milked!?

common! women being milked!? that sounds so weird...

I agree that it's a problem if we take into consideration that HIV is spreading like wildfire...

I don't see what's wrong with this thing...

Anyone know if men could

Anyone know if men could also benefit from this technique?

Yes, but only if they're willing to grow the breasts to do it with.

Oh, wait, you meant the technique of intellectual activity. Well, that might be a little more farfetched. :)

perpetual lactation

"why women don't just continue lactating forever, the way cows do" -- Cows don't lactate forever. Dairy cows give birth once per year, at which point the babies are taken away (to become veal, I think). If they don't give birth, they don't give milk.

breastfeeding

I was actually pondering the other day why, if breastmilk is SO great (as mentioned here- http://www.nytimes.com/glogin?URI=http://www.nytimes.com/2006/06/13/health/13brea.html&OQ=_rQ3D1Q26exQ3D1150948800Q26enQ3Dac939c5db0b1a3c7Q26eiQ3D5070&OP=f0269ddQ2FRQ3AQ51PRQ260Yq600Q7E2R2!!UR!URQ2BfRTQ51Q7DGQ7ETRQ2BfP6Q51Q7DZTQ7EFG), why women don't just continue lactating forever, the way cows do, and humans drink human milk instead of cow milk.
But then I realized that would bring up some serious human rights' issues, not to mention women's rights issues.

Not to mention disease

Not to mention disease issues. Human milk is one of the 4 body fluids that can transmit HIV.

Milk is great for babies, but not so great for adults, even if the provider is healthy.
